Are you completely crazy? With the sequester looming, gun, immigration and unemployment issues at the forefront, where are you getting the money to hold and support this conference? The awful, bloated federal government? I'm sure this message will not be approved given your above stated guidelines which basically state, say something nice or don't say it at all. Maybe you should adhere to that as well. Best, Kathleen

I fully support Mr Boehner and his goals, but I don't think he nor the Republican Party are coming across to the American public. Obama is using all the media and strategy to his advantage. The Republicans are in the right but it doesn't translate to the undereducated who elected Obama. I don't have a solution, but you should.

Don't give in to Obama's reckless spending. Force him to not spend more than comes in. That only makes sense. He is destroying this nation, piece by piece. Thanks and God Bless, Manuel

I have heard for years about the amount of money given to the farmers, particularly the wealthy farmers. My uncles were farmers & neither was wealthy, one uncle is say that the government giving money to farmers not working their fields was a shame & waste of money. If this isn't want you wish to hear then I am sorry.

I have a deep concern about President Obama . I would like too know if the president can sign a executive order to add to or change the second amendment . You should know that when the cancelled care law was sent to the Ohio Supreme Court . The judges said their was no. Law to prohibit open carry in Ohio. I have talked to gun store owners and have called gun makers most said they would have to close or move out of the USA. It is very hard to get any information from the White House . Obama is a Lima duct president. I can not believe the people in his party do not rain him in. On the other hand from the people I talk too every one says our party should walk all the other party even running for trash collector . I serviced my country for 4 years in the US Air Force during Vietnam conflict . Over the years if I new now what I should have known then . I would have moved to Canada and I called a those men cowards. While I was harnessed at church and at the air port. I gave up on church I do not want to give up on the government . Our country is going away from the people to the rich and Wall Street. And no one can not figure out why the young people go to drugs and crime. I am frustrated I am getting older and tired. I hope in 4 years you can run for President and if I am able I will help .

When are you going to Impeach the President. I will not rest until this is done. I do not want to hear about accomplishments other than the most urgent. Impeachment is mandatory for Conservatives to regain the countries respect.

Using food as fuel [bio-fuels], subsidized by future generations, seems not only unfair to our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, but portends future starvation on a global scale. Such economic folly risks losses to our creditors [not always such friendly nations] in the wise, immediate use of available fossil fuels to drill, frack, and mine. Let our Creator/Savior's blessing guide and prosper American ingenuity and enterprise seeking to discover new frontiers! Let NOT socialist/communist/Marxist rule/tyranny subjugate farmers, and eventually all Americans to slavery! Recent history exposes the whip, hammer and cycle of utopian crusaders for Karl Marxism's vain hope and change. Who will rise to prevent the irony of a black & white President re-instituting the slavery of all colors and races? Frail patriots as I can only pray for wise leadership. And plead. Thank you for your service! And be assured your labor is not in vain staying connected to true Wisdom!

Congressman Boehner, Have you heard about the "Liberty Tax Plan"? I sent a copy of the plan to Governor John Kasich and Josh Mandel during the campaign. See if Maggie Greiner in the govenernor's office can reprint the plan. If not request a copy from my e-mail address if this comments is limited because restricted space. The plan is flat, neutral, tiered, exponential in revenue producing, and cheap....only 10% from every citizen that draws a pay check, 10% on the buy and sell side of every product produced in the U.S., i.e. contracts, wages, port fees, federal employees, armed forces personnel, export fees, import fees, pharmaceutical, goods, hotel fees, rental fees, The 20% collected comprises the Liberty Tax. Individual states will collect the Liberty Tax and retains 30% and forwards 70% to the federal government. Of 100 dollars of Liberty Tax with 50 states the feds will receive 3500 dollars thus solving the fiscal cliff. ($70 x 50 states = $3500!) Ask Obama if he will chose revenues once a year or every second of the day. Remember WalMart collects $36,000,000.00 every minute. Also industrial production of cars with tiered prices with every parts. The wealthy should contribute with earnings. Professional sports, billionaires with Warren Buffett spending for acquisition of 26 billion....10% on the buy and sell side. Do Obama's get the idea. Suits his catering for the middle class to pay only 10% for the food and no property, utility tax, gasoline tax, etc. Only 10% from every citizen.....The Liberty Tax plan will the lift the GDP several times. It is exponential. Let the OMB run the figures on the agricultural sector, hospital and health sector, industrial sector, transportation, education sector, etc. Write for detailed report for the production rate and delivered 601 planes from the Boeing Corp. with 86,000 employees with twice a months pay checks......Wallace E. Chin, MD. retired Flight Surgeon U.S.A.F. Thank you for listening and presenting the Liberty Plan to President Obama

If there's anyone we need to support it s the farmers. I think there is a threat to our freedom by this admininstration, in every way they can think of. They want this nation to be a gov't dictated by our political leaders instead of a gov't doing everything they can to simplify it, save us tax dollars and keep out of the citizen's way as much as possible. That includes getting out of dictating to the farmers what they can and cannot do. Thanks.

At this conference, I hope the family farm and family farmers will be heard. The large conglomerates are taking over and wiping out the small farmer. The big boys thrive on taxpayer giveaways. also there are many animal welfare issues with massive factory farms that need to be dealt with. Cruelty for profit is not the moral or humane thing to do. I pray something good will come out of this conference. We need our leaders to stand up for what is right and not just worry about being re-elected.

Hello Speaker Boehner, Of course Id attend anything you hold that concerned me but unfortunately I. Lve in Michigan now and not Ohio. Keep up the pressure on Congress to stop spending, on Obama and Left wingers to construct a decent and believable Budget and keep after Pres Obama to stay at White House and get stuff done!!!
  • James Conn commented on 2/28/2013
Congressman Boehner; It is to my displeasure to feel that I need to contact you! I am an Independent voter and have voted for Democratic and Republican's for Congress and the Senate. I was more than pleased to see Geo Bush Jr go back to Texas. We are continuing to pay for his term of office and many years of playing on his Texas ranch while this country and the poor, whom I am involved with every day due to my position in society, suffered during his absence---and we are continuing to suffer. It ires me to see you make such remarks as I have heard on the News channels lately, when you were a vital part of creating the deficit that we have encountered. It ires me even more to see you fighting with our President, and yes, he is your President as well as mine! Your Congress is now down-graded to a 9th grade level with the average American citizen. You can feel assured that during the next election there will be more Democrats and Independent Senators and Congressmen and women elected than ever before--all because of the wreckage of this Republican Congress! Why, under God's heaven, can't you people see that fighting a name-calling is first a sin, and second it downgrades your character and ability to convince others of anything except using the bathroom. I think that is where this Congress spends most of their time, not representing the people, but wasting time on negative rhetoric--and that includes the "blue-dog" Democrats as well! I have spent many hours praying for resolution between the differing factions in the House and Senate, yet God wants no part of what is going on with you people. When will you learn to "step-up" and accept the fact that you created this maess and now you want to lay blame on the President! Presidential privilege has never been so well used, because of the "train wreck" in Washington with the Congressional effort to create a fight!! It is time to begin working for the people and stop beating yourself up! May God Bless your efforts---whatever that may be---but cease the "blame game"!! God doesn't like it and neither do I!! James Conn

I thinkyou should work first and foremost on the disaster you helped create in Congress by not supporting required legislation to keep our country running. You put your petty party grudges first thereby sacrificing the needs of the people and endangering our country. You and your party are a disgrace
  • Sue Richardson commented on 3/1/2013
Our farmers are in one of the most risky businesses in the U.S. and yet responsible for feeding our nation. We should take care of them. Like all of the rest of us, they are going to be adversely impacted by the idiotic policies of the Liberal Democrats and the insane goals of the Obama administration that are bringing this country to its knees. If their policies are put in place we, who understand Socialism, know that the role of the farmer will change to a government employee and his crops except for what he needs for his family will belong to the government. If we don't put more effort into exposing Obama and his vision to the people who thought of him as some sort of savior and electing a majority of conservatives to office, the farmers and all of the rest of us are going to lose our freedom to do and be who God created. We have got to cut Welfare by stopping recipients from voting. It is a conflict of interest. If they want to vote get a job! If they want to drink alcohol, smoke, and use drugs, get a job! Put them to work upkeeping the public housing they occupy. Give them all of the powdered milk they can drink, beans, rice, and fresh vegetables they can eat. If they want pizza, steak and potatoe chips and soft drinks, and the like, get a job! We have got to cut the cost of taking care of people who have made bad choices. Thinking that allowing people on Welfare to do as they please is somehow giving them some kind of dignity is purely stinking thinking. Dignity is earned! People on Welfare should be given the opportunity to earn their dignity. The right to vote was an earned right fought and died for by our forefathers and to give it away to people living off the backs of the working class is a disgrace and a conflict of interest. I hope that your meeting goes well for the farm community, but I also hope that you will increase your efforts to expose Obama and his goals in order to save freedom for all of us. Thank you for your service.

Mr. Boehner, I applaud the effort made to listen to the needs of local farmers in your jurisdiction, and your regular cooperation with Mr. Jordan to do the same. Thanks again and I look forward to attending if I can. My apologies for many of the uneducated and hostile posts previously, your willingness to allow this criticism is commendable.
  • Lee Kasprzyk commented on 3/1/2013
IF WE COULD JUST STOP THE FRAUD AND CORRUPTION we could beat this. If health care is one of the big issues I suggest we start there. Elderly American citizens are being sucked up into Medicare and Medicaid funded nursing homes every hour of everyday. Try to stop this and there is reprisal. Oversight and accountability are paramount. Prosecution of those stealing from the federal government must be implemented. Families need to start acting like families.

Thank you for hanging in there during a time that is especially challenging for a conservative - with a President who constantly does press conferences and makes speeches to fully blame republicans for all his woes...woes that are self-inflicted. Keep working for us, take heart from your supporters and know our frustration stems from a White House administration gone wild.
